There’s just two that stand out to me at the ITV opener, especially.
Rosadora (11/1) has been running some fairly solid races this year, but has slipped under the radar somewhat. She was last seen finishing a couple of lengths behind Rose and Graceful Magic of Kildare. She completed a very close runner-up in this course in Doncaster. Other folks look a great deal more vulnerable.
Company Mix (15/2) has produced a couple of decent runs of late, and this two year old ought to keep progressing. There were some horses in behind, including Caspian Queen, who has beaten Graceful Magic Though she finished second to Lover Powerful last workout.
It will take a brave punter to take on the favorite in the race. She was mightily impressive last month, when breaking her duck at Goodwood over this distance. If a similar attempt awakens she will be too good for this particular area, despite losing weight to every one of her younger competitors.
Considering the document in two year old races of Andy Holding, this could be one for him. But, there are those who are worth an each-way punt.
The first is Rayong who finished a distant second in York to Mums Tipple. Not a lot of horses could have matched the conduct of Mums Tipple so there is no humiliation coming second. The two-year-old still overcome some horses that are pretty decent, and has also put in a great run against Liberty Beach this year, a horse I hold in high esteem. Appears Ranked at 16/1 with companies.
The second horse I like is Storm. I believe bookies are too quick to judge this horse. Both year old went off at 2/5 from the much talked about Threat back. He is since completed a very close second and third. Could be of a great deal longer really capable. Worth a bet at 18/1.
Cloak Of Spirits (5/2) did not have the easiest of outings at Ascot, but still won with ease. This form was promoted by a few finishing in behind. She also holds an entry in the Group 1 Fillies Mile at Newmarket. She must be good for this area.
